LA QUINCAILLERIE, A LIFESTYLE BUILT AROUND THE GOOD LIFE AND GOOD FOOD

In the selection of our products the protection of our environment takes centre stage. We have eliminated all endangered fish species from our menus, we have chosen to only serve Peter's Farm veal, which is reared free and lives a stress-free existence. And naturally we have the advantage of being able to offer AOC chickens, Bayeux suckling pigs and Hampshire Down lamb from our farm, Le Devant in Bresse. Here the animals are bred in perfect harmony with nature.

Periodic delivery depending on the herds! We prefer to use locally sourced vegetables, which are offered on a seasonal basis and soon we also hope to be able to source them from our farm.

Our chefs prefer to cook at low temperatures, and only use fresh produce. The small breads that accompany all our dishes are made in-house as are the delicious options on our Dessert menu.

Our wines all come from sustainable crops and we also offer organic and bio-dynamic wines. We also prefer to use environmentally-friendly cleaning products. Our desire to be respectful of nature obliges us to continuously look for better products or technologies in line with this philosophy.
