Down there, on the fields of our “Le Devant” farm, we raise Bresse chickens and guinea fowl. A delicacy which any poultry lover will appreciate to the full.

We also do some small-scale breeding of Bayeux pigs and Hampshire Down lambs there.

As for the kitchen garden and the orchard, they provide various varieties of aromatic herbs such as mint, vervain, tarragon and rosemary, as well as fruit such as raspberries, blackberries and gooseberries. Some eighty fruit trees allow rustic varieties of organic apples, pears, peaches and plums to be picked. 

All our farm products are taken to Brussels in freezer trucks. It all happens as though the chef was directly presenting you with the harvest on your plate.
