Brasserie 'La Quincaillerie' is the proud owner of the 'Le Devant' farm. The farm is located in the beautiful Bresse region of France and specializes in growing pure and natural products with respect for the environment.
Our chef brings the harvest from the farm straight to your plate. This means that you can not only enjoy the authentic taste of our high-quality products, but also a delicious and above all, fresh meal. Our farm products are grown with the greatest care, in order to allow our customers to experience the best quality and taste.
At brasserie La Quincaillerie, we want to offer our customers an unforgettable culinary experience. Our 'Le Devant' farm is an essential part of our concept, and we are proud to be able to let our customers enjoy the flavors and aromas of the Bresse region.
At 'Le Devant' farm, we raise Bresse chickens and guinea fowl with great care on our pastures. These types of poultry are a true delicacy and are highly prized by poultry enthusiasts. In addition, we also raise Bayeux free-range pigs and Hampshire Down lambs in a small-scale manner, which allows us to ensure the quality of our products.
Our farm also features an herb and fruit garden where we grow various herbs such as mint, verbena, tarragon, rosemary, as well as small fruits such as raspberries, blackberries, and gooseberries. Thanks to our eighty fruit trees, we can also grow rustic organic apples, pears, peaches, and plums. All of our farm products are transported directly from the farm to our brasserie in Brussels with our refrigerated trucks.
