The freshness and the powerful taste of the selected range will move your senses. Many connoisseurs gather yearly at the annual oyster market at La Quincaillerie, which takes place in October. There, you can enjoy oysters at the market price and get to know the world’s most renowned oyster farmers.
Within the offer you can discover the absolute top in terms of oysters, like the flat “Zeeuwse van Sincke”, the delicious Belon and Perle de Quiberon, the Comtesse Benoit Massé and many more. Almost daily, there’s a supply of fresh seafood and oysters. These treats are available individually or in a succulent seafood dish.
Oysters are always great flavour generators. That’s why we’ve developed two of our own oysters under the PQD label. The Kara Savi oysters, then the Vertes de Bardières were matured in collaboration with house Gillardeau. Both have an incredibly fulfilling taste.
